⚠️ Once opened, products are non-returnable or exchangeable unless defective (see below). 

2. Appearance Tolerance & After-Sales Criteria: Due to natural variations in manufacturing processes, minor cosmetic differences between batches may occur — including slight color shifts or surface texture variances. These do not affect performance or functionality. 

We define “significant cosmetic defect” as: 

• One visible scratch > 2mm in length,
• or Two visible scratches > 1.5mm each 🎥

To qualify for after-sales support due to appearance issues, you must provide: 

• A complete, unedited unboxing video showing the product’s condition before first use Both original one-time seals intact and undamaged
• Without this evidence, we cannot process appearance-related claims. 

3. Packaging Disclaimer; Our packaging is engineered solely to protect the product during transit. Minor dents, creases, or scuffs on the box are unavoidable and do not indicate damage to the item inside.
